As a first step I offer a 20 minute phone consultation. This is an opportunity for us to think together about your hopes and whether I am the right psychologist for you. There is no charge for this initial consultation and if I am unable to offer you the support you need, it would be my pleasure to recommend a colleague who might suit you better. Finding a psychological therapist who is the right fit for you is the most important part of this process.

While the standard industry session length is 50 minutes and the standard frequency of sessions is weekly, this does not suit everyone. For example, some people benefit from longer and/or more frequent sessions to start, with the length and frequency of sessions decreasing as therapy progresses and comes to a close. Other factors might influence what is the right fit for you, (e.g. neurodiversity, tolerance, individualised need), and what fits may change over time. We can explore this collaboratively during the initial telephone consultation. Similarly, I offer sessions both online and face to face, but a combination of both might suit you best.
My fees range from £100 to £130 for a 50 minute session. I have built in this flexibility to increase accessibility, so please feel free to speak to me during the initial consultation about what you feel you can afford.
