Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT)

The focus of MBT is to improve our ability to understand and interpret our own and others’ thoughts, feelings, and intentions; in other words, to increase our capacity to understand ourselves and empathise with others. Through reflective dialogue, emotional exploration, and fostering curiosity about our own and others’ mental states, you can enhance your mentalising abilities, which can improve empathy, self-awareness and interpersonal relating.
